By downloading, accessing, or using the Rethinkr application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Rethinkr provides AI-powered analysis of text messages to help users evaluate tone, clarity, and potential impact before sending. The analysis is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
  • You are responsible for all content you submit for analysis.
  • You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or abusive purpose.
  • You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the App.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Rethinkr and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the messages you submit for analysis.

5. Ask Friends Feature

When using Ask Friends, you consent to making your draft message available via a shareable link. You are responsible for who you share this link with. Recipients can view and vote on the message without creating an account.

6. Pro Subscription

Rethinkr Pro is a paid subscription that provides unlimited message checks and additional features. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms. You can cancel at any time through your device's subscription settings.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Rethinkr does not guarantee the accuracy of AI analysis or that following its suggestions will produce desired outcomes in your conversations. Use your own judgment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rethinkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
